I'm Maya Okafor, an independent developer based in Lisbon. Over eight years I've shipped products for startups, design studios, and two Fortune 500 brands — always as the person who cares about the tiny details nobody asked for.

Outside of client work I write a weekly newsletter about motion on the web, speak at small conferences, and maintain a handful of open-source tools. When I'm offline you'll find me climbing granite, reading speculative fiction, or slowly learning to bake sourdough.
